We will discuss several increasingly common topics in family law, including cohabitation agreements with multiple partners, immigration concerns when drafting marital property agreements, the legal pros and cons of entering into marriage, social media use in family law cases, “grey divorces”, and dealing with difficult clients and counsel. The presenters will provide practical tips to help better serve clients both inside and outside of the family law field.
