This CLE will cover how various clients, including corporations, industry groups, trade or professional associations, labor unions, government entities, and more, can benefit from filing amicus briefs. Learn when filing an amicus brief is valuable, how to form a compelling argument for an amicus brief, and how amicus briefs can impact important cases.
