Topic: Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Law

The panel will explore various roles that attorneys may take in family court matters. This includes taking Guardian ad Litem appointments and acting as Parent Coordinator, Mediator, Arbitrator, or Mediator-Arbitrator. We will discuss the requirements for serving in such capacities and how the services can benefit children and families in conflict.
