Topic: Overview of Wisconsin Election Law and Administration
Wisconsin has a unique election administration infrastructure. From its bipartisan Elections Commission to the 72 county clerks and 1,850 municipal clerks who conduct elections, Wisconsin boasts the most decentralized election administration structure in the country. This presentation will serve as a primer regarding the statutes governing that structure and a reminder of the roles of various election officials who will address the issues and conduct the upcoming elections.
