Topic: Litigating Language: the Canons of Construction in Wisconsin

Erin Deeley and David Hollander will cover the basic principles Wisconsin courts apply in construing contracts, statutes, and the Wisconsin Constitution. Then, they will facilitate a game designed to cover some of the common canons of construction used by Wisconsin courts.
