Michael Haas will kick us off with Municipal Law Responses to Rule of Law Challenges, looking at how federal disruption reaches into the day-to-day work of local governments. Then, Richelle Martin will take us into the world of startups with Rules, Risks, and Roadblocks, showing how agency decisions can slow innovation at every stage. And finally, Kristin Degeneffe will dive into healthcare with Rule-breaking Remedies, examining what happens when agencies upend access to care and insurance.
